Filming at the wild, and sometimes crazy, "Steve Wilkos Show," was halted on Monday after the show received an online threat that said "I'm going to blow up the studio," said Stamford Police Capt. Robert Shawinsky.

Police responded with two K-9 dogs and a host of officers to investigate the threat, he said.

The studio and offices, located at the Rich Forum Theater
 on Atlantic Street
, was evacuated and swept by officers and dogs for any type of explosives or other threat, Shawinsky said.

It was back to work after officers completed their sweep without finding anything, he added.

An investigation led officers to an Instagram account with the same name as the person who made the threat. An active investigation is underway.
