Seemal Chaudry of Monroe was arrested Thursday by Milford Police for the incident which took place on June 27 in the ShopRite parking lot on Boston Post Road, said Milford Police.
During the incident, police said Chaudry hit a pedestrian pushing a shopping cart in the parking lot with her vehicle and fled the scene. There was a three-year-old child in the carriage of the basket.
Chaudry was released on a promise to appear ticket. She is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 25.
