A Greenwich man was arrested by police for allegedly hitting another person in the face during an argument.
Lloyd Cooke, 51, was arrested around 11:50 p.m. Monday after police responded to a home on Quarry Knoll for a report of an altercation, said Greenwich Police Lt. John Slusarz.
When officers arrived on the scene they found that Cooke had hit the victim in the face during an argument.
Cooke was given a misdemeanor summons and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 28.
