During the month of April, the Special Services Division conducted an investigation into the drug trafficking operation of Joseph Daniels, 35, of Norwalk, after receiving numerous tips from the community regarding Daniels' drug dealing activities via the department’s anonymous text-a-tip program, said Lt.
