The victim, 43-year-old Edward Setterberg, was struck at approximately 11 p.m. Sunday while walking at Hillside Road and East Putnam Avenue. No charges have been filed as of Tuesday evening, the Greenwich Time reports.

Setterberg, a Greenwich native, ran his own home remodeling business and leaves behind a wife, Michell, and two young daughters. Mourners gathered at the Setterberg residence on Tuesday afternoon to pay their respects. Memorial services will be held at Christ Church in Greenwich, although a date has yet to be determined. Setterberg's sister, Alison, said the family hopes charges are filed to help offer closure, the Greenwich Time reports.
