In September, Joe Lanoce showed an amazing lucky streak after winning big on lottery tickets twice in as many months. Lanoce won $10,000 and $25,000 on lottery tickets he bought at the Courtesy Mobil Greenwich, at 1129 E. Putnam Ave.
