There is a 20 percent chance of showers before 10 a.m. on Thursday, which will be cloudy through mid morning but will see a gradual clearing, according to the National Weather Service. The high will be near 64. A gusty east wind is forecast for the day, which will lighten but continue Thursday night and Friday.
