The chance of rain on Wednesday is 50 percent, according to the National Weather Service. The scattered showers and thunderstorms expected to hit after 11 a.m. will be slow moving, so where they occur, locally heavy rainfall can be expected. The rest of the day will be partly sunny, with a high near 85.

Wednesday night will see continued scattered showers and thunderstorms before midnight, as well as patchy fog after 3 a.m. Otherwise it will be mostly cloudy with a low around 66. The chance of precipitation is 40 percent.

Thursday will be partly sunny, with a high near 84. There is a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon, as well as some patchy fog before 9 a.m. There is a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before midnight, and then a slight chance of showers between midnight and 5 a.m. Friday. Otherwise Thursday night will be mostly cloudy with a low around 68.

It will be partly sunny on Friday, with a high near 82. There is a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Friday night will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 68.

The weekend is expected to be cooler. Saturday will be partly sunny, with a high near 80, and a 40 percent chance of rain after 8 a.m. Sunday will be sunny, with a high near 78.
