Thanks, Eric, for focusing on this. Can you please run it again, and provide links so people can easily access the poll to comment on FB? Also, you may want to mention SeeClickFix as a tool for residents to alert Town officials of things that need to be fixed. View Comment

These fines are minimal, and ineffective at bringing on cleaner, AltFuel vehicles, along with infrastructure to help more people safely and conveniently walk, bike, or take mass transit to more destinations. 30 years ago smart towns and cities around the country and abroad started to make this happen, and Greenwich was right there. Second time in a week. Same general area and time period. Something different going on, distracted driving, distracted walking, excessive speeding or recklessness? Or do we have pedestrial un-friendly intersections and we're just lucky it hasn't been happening more often? View Comment
Kudos to Charlie and the Almira Dr residents. Pleased to see some progress addressing Almira Drive. The bus stop and warning signs should be a big help. I only wish the posted speed limit could be 15 mph. There is no reason to go 25 (which means 30) on this road. I encourage the petitioners to continue the effort to make it safer for all users.
