Gridlock On I-287 As Crash Takes Out Two Lanes Near Greenwich

A crash on eastbound I-287 that took out two lanes caused gridlock during the Wednesday morning commute.

The crash, reported just before 8 a.m., was at Exit 12 (I-95) with traffic backed up to Bowman Avenue (Exit 10).

The lanes reopened by the end of the morning commute.

All lanes reopened on the Hutchinson River Parkway after a tractor-trailer struck the overpass at King Street late Tuesday evening.
