Snow Postpones Greenwich Playoff Football Game

GREENWICH, Conn. ‒ Greenwich High School's Class LL state playoff football game against Xavier of Middletown has been postponed by snow.

The postponed game will be played at Palmer Field in Middletown on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. State semifinal games that were scheduled for Saturday have been moved to Sunday to maintain the scheduled three days of rest between games.

Sixth-seeded Greenwich is making its first appearance in the state playoffs since 2007.
