HARRISON, N.Y. -- Harrison's Ryan Doty recently signed a letter of intent to play baseball for Villanova University.

Doty is a 2014 Iona Prep standout and right handed pitcher. Villanova University is a Division 1 school in the Big East Conference and he is set to enroll there in the fall of 2014.

Doty has played on a variety of local teams, including Harrison T-Ball, Little League and Babe Ruth as well as local travel teams, including the Harrison Heat.
