Atkinson made his first All-Star team this winter for the Blue Jackets. He joined the NHL team in 2012 and has 26 goals and 22 assists. He will almost certainly eclipse his career highs of 27 goals and 26 assists, both of which he set last season. Atkinson scored a goal in Tuesday's 3-2 victory for the Blue Jackets over Detroit. He is among the NHL leaders in goals scored, and is the team's leading scorer.
