Charlie Zeeve of the Greenwich Flame 5th-grade boys basketball team won the speed-dribbling contest in the Fairfield County Basketball League's individual skills competition. Individual skills events in dribbling, free throw shooting and 1-on-1 competition were held Sunday at Saxe Middle School in New Canaan as part of the league's season-ending tournament.
