Students At Greenwich's Convent Of The Sacred Earn Scholarship Honors

GREENWICH, Conn. – Seven students at The Convent of the Sacred Heart in Greenwich have been named Commended Students in the 2015 National Merit Scholarship Program.

The upper school students recognized are Sarah Banker, Concetta Brusco, Jennifer Esposito, Katherine Hill, Emily Hirshorn, Grace McKenney and Sheila Moran. 

“This recognition will broaden their educational opportunities and encourage them as they continue their pursuit of academic success,” said Pamela Juan Hayes, head of school.

Commended Students placed among the Top 5 percent of more than 1.5 million students who entered the 2015 competition by taking the 2013 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
