The forum will take place in the Davis Auditorium at Westchester Community College in Greenburgh.

“We’ve heard opinions from a number of elected officials, but we believe it’s important to hear the student and public perspectives on this very important issue" Borgia said in a statement. "Nobody should feel unsafe when on the campus of an institution of higher learning and furthermore no victim should feel that they are ignored, unwanted, or that somehow the attack was their fault when seeking help after a sexual assault on campus.”

To better understand what the issues and new policies are, including Governor Cuomo’s recently enacted “enough is enough” legislation, Borgia will be hosting this opportunity for members of the public, whether they are students, faculty, or concerned parents, to voice their concerns on the topic.

Borgia, and other invited guests, will open with an overview of the issues and outline what solutions are being worked on to help combat growing problem.

After the opening, the microphone will be turned over to any member of the public who wants to share an experience, suggestion, or other concern regarding this topic.
