Greenwich Student Awarded Scholarship To Wofford College

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Greenwich resident John Mikalopas was awarded a merit scholarship to attend Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C., for the 2014-15 academic year earlier this month.

Ninety percent of Wofford's enrolled students receive approximately $32 million in scholarships, grants and loans each year. Each of the endowed scholarship funds requires that recipients demonstrate outstanding character, academic achievement, and potential for contribution to society.
