The nor'easter due to hit the area could drop as much as 21 inches of snow on Westport, according to the National Weather Service.

The Greenwich schools also made these schedule changes:

  • The PTAC Parent PE/Health Curriculum Workshop scheduled for Tuesday, March 14, has been canceled.
  • The Community Service Awards will now be held Thursday, March 16, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at GHS PAC
  • Kindergarten Orientation will now be held on Friday March 17
  • The Mindfulness Event scheduled for March 15 has been canceled. Stay tuned for a new date.
  • The K-12 District Art Show Opening scheduled for Thursday, March 16, 5:30 to 7 p.m. will not change.
