Greenwich High Former Attire Club Offers Free Prom Dresses

GREENWICH, Conn. – Neighbor to Neighbor and the Greenwich High School Former Attire Club have teamed up to offer free gently used prom dresses to area girls this week.

“We believe every high school girl should be able to enjoy her prom and be able to feel beautiful on this special night,” said Alexa Moses and Julia Bunte-Mein, members of the Greenwich High School Former Attire Club, in a press release.

The dresses, which require a student ID, will be distributed at the Tomes Higgins House at Christ Church Greenwich, 216 East Putnam Avenue.

Distribution hours will be:

  • 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 2,
  • 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Friday, April 3, and
  • 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 4.

Organizers are still accepting donations of gently used dresses and loaned dress racks for the event.
