Wagner will be responsible for the oversight of approximately 200 affiliated real estate professionals serving homebuyers and sellers in Greenwich, Old Greenwich, Cos Cob, Riverside and the surrounding communities in Southwestern Fairfield County.

A native of Greenwich, Wagner most recently served as the company’s regional vice president of Fairfield and Litchfield counties. Over the course of his nearly 30 years in the real estate industry, Wagner has served in various roles, including as a sales associate, office manager and senior executive. Throughout his career, Wagner has gained expertise in marketing luxury properties in Connecticut, Cape Cod, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and Florida’s west coast.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y. in 2013, Wagner served as vice president and brokerage manager of the Cape Cod, Massachusetts offices for Sotheby’s International Realty. Both Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Sotheby’s International Realty are part of NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company.
