Stamford Broker Named Leasing Agent For Pickwick Plaza In Greenwich

Kensico Properties, owners of Pickwick Plaza, are planning a broad range of renovations to this Class-A office complex.

Cushman & Wakefield’s vice chairman Jay Hruska, executive vice chairman Tara Stacom, director Torey Walsh, associate Connor Daugstrup and senior leasing associate,Scott Silverstein are the exclusive leasing agents for the property. 

 Pickwick Plaza is managed by Hines, a real estate investment, development and property management firm. Recent transactions at Pickwick Plaza include a 11,500-square-foot lease to Performance Equity Partners and a 6,800-square-foot lease to Oak Management.

Kensico Properties is initiating a multimillion-dollar capital-improvement program to revamp Pickwick Plaza and bring it back to its distinguished status.  

The main lobbies, elevators, common corridors and bathrooms in all three buildings will be renovated and upgraded; a new façade and storefronts on Greenwich Avenue will be constructed; a new entry portal from Greenwich Avenue with a water feature will be created; landscaping (hardscape and vegetation) will be redone throughout the property; and the entrance to the four-story, underground garage will be replaced with a new easy-pass style security pass and a high-speed door.

Originally the corporate headquarters for Xerox, Pickwick Plaza is one of the premier Class-A office destination in Greenwich and the New York City suburban markets. 

Located on Greenwich Avenue, it includes three interconnected office buildings surrounding a landscaped plaza. Stone walls, trees, and gardens adorn the plaza and frame the structures year round. Wide expanses of glass on all sides afford views of the plaza, downtown Greenwich and the harbor on Long Island Sound.
