Having raised our family on this EXACT spot for 28 years we can assure you that this as good as life gets. Views over water of the Manhattan skyline, basking in a Southwest exposure, great commutes, friendly, urbane neighbors, endless wildlife in 50 mile aquatic " back yard ". PARADISE FOUND for a lucky buyer !

I lived in Rowayton back in the 70's when Belle Island was charming and quaint. Now we have these huge mega mansions there. I don't know, doesn't seem right.
Yes, but when you wake up in the morning, you wake up in Rowayton Connecticut, all that glitters is not gold.
