Their ice cream comes in 60 flavors, in addition to 30 flavors of sorbet, gelato and Lo Yo, which are all manufactured in Port Chester. Toppings include M&M's, girl scout cookies and peanut butter cups.

As the temperature starts to fall, their fare is focused around the holiday season. During autumn, visitors to the store can feast on cinnamon pumpkin pie, apple pie, maple walnut, peppermint stick and apple/cranberry sorbet.

For Christmas, Longford's makes a yulelog that is a huge seller. Rye residents take out ice cream all winter long for birthdays, Super Bowl parties and other celebrations.
