BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. The Briarcliff Recreation Department will be closed Wednesday while recreation staff move from their office in village hall back to the basement of the library.
The Recreation Department moved temporarily to fire department's second floor meeting room at village hall in June due to flooding of the library basement during a heavy rain storm.
People who need to reach a recreation staff member on Wednesday can leave a message at village hall by calling 914-941-4800.
The Recreation Department office will re-open on Thursday at 8:30 a.m. in the library building.
