GREENWICH, Conn. -- Houlihan Lawrence has gained two new agents in its Riverside brokerage office -- both lifelong residents of Greenwich.
Alison Farn-Leigh has joined as a residential real estate salesperson. She's the previous owner of an international prestige beauty company. Real estate had always been a hobby of Farn-Leigh's, but she didn't make it a career until 2010, according to a news release. "The skills she has acquired in negotiations, marketing, selling, managing relationships and overall tenacity are part of the formula of success."
She's a lifelong resident of Greenwich and attended Vanderbilt University. She still resides in Greenwich with her husband and three children.
Joann McCarthy, also a lifelong resident of Greenwich, is also joining as a real estate salesperson. She was previously a facilities manager. After watching her mother-in-law's real estate career for the past 15 years, she was inspired to get a real estate license of her own.
McCarthy grew up in Greenwich and graduated from Ithaca College. She currently lives in Greenwich with her husband and two children. "(She) is able to offer clients unique prospective on the towns and surrounding area," said the news release.
