In addition to the Greenwich property, which is currently the most expensive residential real estate listing in the country, the list includes a 29,700-square-foot prewar loft in Greenwich Village listed at $120 million, and late fashion designer Gianni Versace's Miami Villa, which has a 24-karat gold-lined pool. Its original $100 million price has fallen to $25 million.
