FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. – Douglas Elliman President and CEO Dottie Herman and Chairman Howard M. Lorber hosted the firm’s agents and employees from Westchester County, Connecticut and other locations at its annual awards celebration – which for the first time, was held at the famed Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
The celebration – which was highlighted by a special performance from the world-famous Radio City Rockettes – concluded a significant year for the company, which achieved $22 billion in total sales volume nationwide.
Also in 2015, Douglas Elliman welcomed 1,500 new agents as the firm continued its expansion into new regions including Greenwich, Conn., Los Angeles and Aspen, Colo. Douglas Elliman was also named the number one brokerage in New York City, Long Island, the Hamptons and Miami Beach, and is listed among the top four brokerages nationwide.

Earning first place for Top Individuals and Teams by GCI for Westchester was Owen Berkowitz from the Scarsdale office. Other top Individuals and Teams were Ellen Schwartz (#2), Margaret Harrington (#3), Glorianne Mattesi (#4), The Miller Goldenberg Team (#5), Cindy Waxman (#6), The Strong Oestreich Team (#7) and Daniel Bucci (#8).
In Connecticut, earning the number one place for Top Individuals and Teams by GCI was Mark Pruner of the Greenwich office. Other top individuals and teams were Jennifer Leahy (#2) and The Fieldstone Group (#3).
Rookies of the Year included Vito Quivelli, in Westchester and Jennifer Leahy in Connecticut. Don Lunetta from Westchester was honored for career-long contributions to the business.
