OLD GREENWICH, Conn. – The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Old Greenwich announced the addition of a state-of-the-art touch screen display in the building’s front window. Passers-by of the office, located at 278 Sound Beach Ave., will be able to search for properties, view listing details, including location, and browse photos.
“This new digital touch screen display will deliver unprecedented exposure for our listings and amazing capabilities to engage and inform our audience,” said Joe Valvano, managing broker of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Old Greenwich. “We are pleased to be the first and only real estate office in the Greenwich area to offer this interactive and informative tool to the community.”
The company’s Old Greenwich office offers a business center that contains state-of-the-art equipment and amenities to support approximately 24 affiliated independent sales associates.
In addition to the new touch screen window display, the office boasts high definition television monitors, high-speed wireless functions, and can operate nearly paperless through HomeBase, an online transaction management system that provides clients and agents access to real estate transaction documents 24/7 via the internet.
