Citigroup CEO Lowers Price On Greenwich Home

GREENWICH, Conn. ? Some CEOs have all the luck. Others, not so much. Citigroup’s chief executive officer, Vikram Pandit, recently dropped the price of his Greenwich home, which he bought in 2011 for $4.1 million.

The embattled Pandit, under whose tutelage the stock of the mega-bank has plummeted, is lowering the price of the two-story Colonial to $3.9 million, down from $4.1 when it was listed in the spring, according to Trulia.com.

The home is situated on more than two secluded acres, and is close to town. It features a pool and pool house, as well as a garage apartment. And, in case you’re counting, add five fireplaces, six bedrooms, six bathrooms (plus one half-bath) and a two-car garage. Outside amenities include a deck, patio, gardens, terrace, balcony, shed and an outdoor fireplace (which technically brings the count to seven).

For more information on purchasing the home, contact Debby Gardiner at Sothebys International Realty.
