CEO Provides Virtual Offices to CEOs

If you’re sick of commuting to an office or jetting to and from your company’s HQ, you might want to consider renting one of CEO’s fully furnished executive office suites. “Our tenants are varied, ranging from the stay-at-home mom who owns her own business and wants a virtual office with a good address, to an established partner at a big investment bank who can manage his clients’ portfolio from a location close to his or her home,” said Frank McBrearity, owner of Corporate Executive Offices.

Tenants can choose from two locations in downtown Greenwich, both within walking distance of the train, and a large menu of services. A real person answers the phones and transfers calls to tenants’ voicemails. The reception receives and deals with UPS and FEDEX packages. Planning a meeting? There are two conference rooms, one of which is set up for video conferencing. Need to prepare a report? CEO’s secretarial service can take care of it for you.

“We have a pretty varied roster of tenants,” said McBrearity. Currently there is an interior designer, a wine merchant, lawyers, bankers, contractors, in short, anyone who would like to have a Greenwich address on their letterhead and business cards. “You can do business anywhere and at any time these days, thanks to the Internet,” McBrearity continued. “Wall Street is now a virtual place. You don’t have to be in downtown Manhattan to trade.”

McBrearity lives in New Canaan and likes being close to his place of business. So what does he do with all the hours he saves by not commuting? “I love to run, garden and travel,” he says. “My parents both lived into their 90s leading busy and healthy lives. I plan to do the same!”
