GREENWICH, Conn. -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties of Greenwich and Old Greenwich will host an open house day on Sunday, Oct. 5.
Prospective buyers can look at a wide assortment of homes in Greenwich and Stamford. The highest priced home on the tour is at 12 Byfield Lane, a six-bedroom, 7.3 bath English Manor home that lists for $7,499,000. The least expensive home is at 11 Circle Drive, a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath center hall Colonial that lists for $2 million. There are some new construction and newly-built homes, and the first 100 visitors will receive a complimentary "Welcome to Greenwich" gift bag.
Potential home buyers are invited to spend the weekend at local hotels, restaurants and retailers, who are showing their hospitality by offering discounts from ranging from 10 to 45 percent.
