The Wisconsin governor was at the home of hedge fund executive Jon Redmond for a $1,000-minimum per person fundraiser, the story said.

Walker is expected to raise more than $100,000, which would be about one-third of what fellow Republican presidential contender Jeb Bush collected at a June 23 fundraiser in Greenwich, the story said.

Greenwich is the boyhood home of former President George H.W. Bush, Jeb Bush's father.
