Under state law, electronics are recycled free of charge. The state survey may be found online here. It takes only a few minutes to complete.

Among the questions are whether the respondent is aware of the state’s free “E-Waste Recycling Program,” and if so, how.

Information gathered from this survey is intended to help improve the program by discovering new ways to incentivise residents to recycle electronics.

Residents are asked to complete this survey by Aug. 15. The results are expected to be published on the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection's website.
