GREENWICH, Conn. - The Greenwich Police Department is reporting a woman stabbed on the 200 block of Milbank Avenue on Sunday evening.
The woman is elderly, Lt. Kraig Gray said.
"(The) police department is investigating an incident in which a female was injured. It is a suspicious injury," Gray said. "We do not believe that theres any greater threat to the community. We have all involved parties and we are interviewing and investigating."
The injured woman was taken to Greenwich Hospital, Gray said.
The police department expects to release more information Monday morning, he said.
