The school was evacuated during the 10 a.m. incident, and the police and fire departments were called to the school. The bag, which was found to contain school supplies, belonged to a student, police said.

Students and staff returned to the Riverside Avenue school. The two students who reported the bag ultimately said they had reported the possible bomb as a prank, police said.

The teens will be charged with breach of peace. Their names were not released because they are under 18 years of age.

Students and staff have returned to the building; school is in session.
