Three Teens Face Alcohol Charges in Greenwich

GREENWICH, Conn. – An 18-year-old and two 17-year-olds were charged with alcohol possession by a minor Monday night when Greenwich police officers stopped their car for allegedly traveling too fast. 

When the car was pulled over on Stanwich Road at around 8:15 p.m., the driver, Rudoph Biagi, 18, of 21 Nedley Lane in Greenwich, fled on foot before being caught by officers, police said. The officers said Biagi's two passengers were in possession of alcohol.

Biagi was charged with speeding, possession of alcohol by a minor and interfering with an officer. He was released on a $250 bond and is due in court July 2.
