Police were called to a home in western Greenwich on Friday on a report of a disorderly subject. When they arrived, they spoke to someone who told them that 23-year-old John Robert Kiley had banged on her door, causing her to fear for her safety, police said. He also broke a glass stink bomb against her door, according to police.
Kiley was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was unable to post a $1,000 bond and was given a court date of Monday.
