Norwalk Police Make Arrest After Woman Is Stabbed Multiple Times

NORWALK, Conn. — A suspect was arrested after a woman in her 30s was stabbed multiple times early Saturday on Winfield Avenue, The Hour said.

The woman was in serious condition at Norwalk Hospital after she was found by officers who responded to a medical emergency call, the Hour said.

After a search of the area, Clifton Cole, 36, was arrested and charged with first-degree assault, two counts of risk of injury to a minor and possession of a deadly weapon, The Hour said.
