GREENWICH, CONN. -- A 46-year-old Greenwich woman is facing criminal tresspass and disorderly conduct charges in connection with a July 15 dispute at Greenwich Town Hall that involved yelling at a Greenwich employee, according to Greenwich Time.
Greenwich Time says Saima Qamar, of Division Street, has a history of angry confrontations with local officials over new construction at her home. She was released and ordered to return to court Aug. 12.
She was also issued a criminal citation for refusing to be fingerprinted. In the July 15 incident, she is accused of throwing a letter in the face of an employee, and yelling curse words, Greenwich Time says.
