Greenwich Police: Man Barricades Woman In Bathroom During Domestic Dispute

GREENWICH, Conn. -- A Greenwich man was arrested following a domestic dispute in which police said he locked a woman inside a bathroom, according to Greenwich Time.

Greenwich Police arrested a local man after he locked a woman in a bathroom during a domestic dispute and then left the residence.

Police told Greenwich Time that Christopehr Gabriel, 34, was involved in a fight with a woman over the contents of a cell phone and when the woman went in to the bathroom, he placed a heavy piece of furniture in front of the door and then left the residence. The woman was able to escape and call police, said Greenwich Time.

Gabriel was charged with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and threatening, added Greenwich Time.
