Greenwich Police Give 'Mystery' Man A 'Public Disturbance' Ticket

GREENWICH, Conn., -- Greenwich police have identified a man who was allegedly in a confrontation with a teacher and a student on Greenwich High School property at about 3:40 p.m. Monday and issued him a ticket.

Roy Tiska has been identified as the man Greenwich Police were looking for after he was spotted on Greenwich High School property at 3:40 p.m. Monday. He was issued a ticket for creating a public disturbance.

He has been identified as Roy Tiska, police said. Tiska has been issued an infraction complaint ticket on a charge of creating a public disturbance and issued a ticket that comes with a $103 fine, police said. 

Greenwich Police had asked for the public's help in identifying the man and had released a grainy photo of heavy-set man in a coat, baseball hat and glasses.
