Greenwich Police Charge Stamford Teacher With Larceny

GREENWICH, Conn. -- A woman from Greenwich who is a teacher in Stamford was arrested after being accused of stealing a neighbor's jewelry, according to Greenwich Time.

Patricia Wuest, 52, was charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree larceny, said the newspaper.

The accused had her $75,000 bail set Tuesday in Stamford court for the incident, which occurred in March. Wuest is accused of taking jewelry worth $45,000, according to Greenwich Time.

She reportedly teaches at Westover Magnet Elementary School, said the Greenwich Time report.
