GREENWICH, Conn. – Here is a roundup of recent police incident reports, as provided by the Greenwich Police Department.

• Kerrie Ann Cardinal, 47, of Evergreen Park, Ill., was arrested after Greenwich officers discovered she allegedly had active warrants in Virginia and Florida.

Police conducted a motor vehicle stop for having only one functional headlight on West Putnam Avenue. The driver, Dimitri Kamberos, 47, of Oak Lawn, Ill., allegedly did not possess a license or any identification, the car did not have registration or insurance and that the license plate belonged to a different vehicle, police said.

Upon questioning, Cardinal was revealed to be the passenger in the car. She is wanted on fraud charges in Florida, according to the police report.

Cardinal was placed in jail pending extradition arrangements.

Kamberos was released on a $50 bond and is scheduled to appear Jan. 10 in Stamford Superior Court.

• Joseph Friedman, 52, of Norwalk was charged with operating under the influence after Greenwich officers reportedly discovered him asleep behind the wheel of his car at the intersection of East Elm Street and Greenwich Avenue.

Police said Friedman had red, glassy eyes and the odor associated with the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Friedman allegedly refused to submit to a field sobriety test, at which point he was arrested.

Friedman was unable to post bond and was placed in the Greenwich Police Department jail.

• Arturo Mantilla, 18, of Port Chester, N.Y., was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a narcotic and carrying a dangerous weapon after he was discovered to be in possession of brass knuckles, police said.

Edgar Valdovinos, 22, and Jonathan Arreguin, 18, of Port Chester, N.Y. and Valentina Quintalti, 18, of Rye Brook, N.Y., who all allegedly were with Mantilla on Homestead Lane, were issued an infraction for possession of marijuana.

• Sequoya Madden, 26, of Greenwich was arrested on a warrant on a charge of operating under the influence Nov. 28.

Madden allegedly left the scene of an accident on that date. He also was charged with evading responsibility and restricted turns fail signal.

Madden posted a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear Jan 11 in Stamford Superior Court.
