The arrest is the result of an overdose that took place on Aug. 9 at a home on Old Kings Highway, according to Patch. Medical personnel provided medical care and the person was taken to the hospital, where they recovered, Patch reported.

After an investigation, police determined that the overdose victim had purchased the heroin from Kevon T. Williams, 24, of Armstrong Court in Greenwich, according to Patch.
