Greenwich Man Charged With Assault, Stealing Phone

GREENWICH, Conn. -- A local man was arrested on assault, robbery and larceny charges in connection to a phone theft in Cos Cob where police said he hit another man and took his phone, according to Greenwich Time.

Danny E. Mogollon, 24, of Henry Street, was arrested after police said he attacked the 23-year-old unidentified victim earlier this month at a store on Post Road, said Greenwich Time.

Mogollon was arrested by police at Superior Court in Stamford late last week, where he was in court in connection with another crime, according to Greenwich Time. He is being held on $50,000 bail, added Greenwich Time.
