Greenwich Man Charged With Sexual Assault On Bus

GREENWICH, Conn. – A 26-year-old Greenwich man was arrested Thursday on a complaint from a woman that he sexually assaulted her on a CTTransit bus, police reported.

The woman alleged that on April 30, Christian Soler, of 71 Byram Terrace Drive, touched her breast, buttocks and vaginal area without her consent and exposed his penis to her while making lewd comments, police said. An investigation revealed probable cause for an arrest warrant, which was signed May 29, police said.

Soler was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, public indecency and disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,000 bond and is due in court July 13.
