Greenwich Homes, Gas Station Broken Into Over Weekend

GREENWICH, Conn. — Two residences and a gas station were broken into over the weekend in Greenwich, according to Greenwich Time.

Police told Greenwich Time that the residential burglaries were likely related and crimes of opportunity. The first occurred on Hamilton Avenue, when someone broke a window at around 10 p.m. on Saturday and stole some cigarettes that were near the window, according to Greenwich Time.

The second residential burglary took place on Josephine Evaristo Avenue, when someone stole a handbag that was near a window, Greenwich Time reported. Someone also broke into the Shell station on East Putnam Avenue over the weekend, according to Greenwich Time.
