DANBURY, Conn. - The death of Ayden Baskay in Danbury over the weekend was a homicide, the Connecticut Medical Examiner's Office said Tuesday.
The boy died of blunt force injury to the head, with a subdural hemorrhage, or bleeding close to the surface of the brain, a representative from the office said.
The Medical Examiner's Office as unable to confirm Baskay's age, but a report at the News-Times online said the boy was 2.
Reports say police arrived at a house on Houseman Street at about 5 p.m. Sunday. Danbury police have classified the investigation as active.
