The swastika was discovered Friday afternoon and removed, the Hour reported. Principal Lauren Feltz notified families in the Middlebrook community of the incident in a letter Friday, and said that a full investigation is underway, according to the Hour.

A swastika had previously been discovered in a bathroom at the school Thursday, Oct. 5. School officials said in that case that a parent of the student responsible came forward.
