3 Men Stopped For Speeding On I-95 In Greenwich Busted On Drug Charges

GREENWICH, Conn. — Three men from New Haven men were busted on drug charges after they were stopped for speeding on I-95 in Greenwich, state police said. 

Tyreese Arnelle Little, 20; Miguel A. Quinones, 24; and Jesus Joel Torres, 28, all of New Haven, were arrested on drug charges in Greenwich.

After a trooper stopped the car at about 2 a.m. Saturday, an investigation turned up crack cocaine, cash and multiple cell phones indicative of drug trafficking in the car, state police said. 

From the vehicle, troopers seized 12.1 grams of crack cocaine, $2,240 in U.S. Currency, and eight cellphones, state police said.

All three occupants were arrested: 

  • Driver, Tyreese Arnelle Little, 20, of 128 Olive St.
  • Front seat passenger, Miguel A. Quinones, 24, of 134 Poplar St.
  • Rear seat passenger, Jesus Joel Torres, 28, of 32 Old Bradley St.

All three posted bond and were scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Feb. 19.
